According to the latest video released by GGG, the new class Huntress will be launched simultaneously with this update. The Ascendancy of Huntress is Amazon and Primalist. According to the skill form shown in the video, this is a spear based combat class.

According to PoE2DB, you need to start a new character in 0.2.0 update:

Before 0.2.0 Updated, all of your progress will migrate to the respective parent league of your characters:

Standard League will migrate to Early Access Standard League
Hardcore League will migrate to Early Access Hardcore League

With 0.2.0, there are Dawn of the Hunt League, Hardcore, Solo Self-Found league available. They are new beginnings and economic resets.
