To participate in the public test, players must have a Diablo 2 Resurrected game license attached to a Battle.net account in good standing (i.e. an account that has not been suspended or banned). Also, if players haven't downloaded and installed the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app, you will need to install it.

Installation Steps:

Step 1: Restart the Battle.net desktop app.

Step 2: Navigate to the Diablo 2 Resurrected tab on the left menu.

Step 3: On the Diablo 2 Resurrected screen, there is a drop-down menu just above the "PLAY" button (note that this may say "Install" if you don't currently have Diablo 2 Resurrected installed). Before continuing, select "PTR: Diablo II: Resurrected" from this drop-down menu.

Step 4: Click Install to begin the installation process.

If you do not have a PTR account yet, your PTR account will be created automatically. PTR is available in all languages, and accounts in all regions are eligible to participate.
