POE2: How to Get Dawn of the Hunt Twitch Drops

Following the release of "Path of Exile 2: Dawn of the Hunt", the Twitch Drops event was also launched. Players participating in the event can earn splendid pets and unique back accessories.  By the way, if you need orbs to level up your characters urgently, our POE2 Currency can help you out.

 

To claim PoE 2 Twitch Drops items, you must watch Twitch streams with a drops enabled (usually indicated in the stream title or description) and link your Grinding Gear Games account to Twitch. Below are the specific times and steps to obtain these in-game decorative rewards.

Schedule of Twitch Drops

The Twitch Drop rewards consist of two rounds, each lasting one week. The first round started at 12 p.m. PDT on April 4, 2025 and ended at 5 a.m. PDT on April 13, 2025. During the first round, players could earn a nice pet: the Azmeri Noble Deer, a decorative pet.

 

The second cycle of Twitch Drop activities starts at 5 a.m. PDT on April 13, 2025, and ends at 5 a.m. PDT on April 19, 2025. During this period, players can obtain two rewards: the Hunter's Trophy Back Attachment and the Honour Guard Summon Rhoa Effect/Armor. All these rewards are merely trinkets and will not affect your power or progress in any way.

 

To obtain the above Drops items, players must watch Path of Exile 2 streams on any Twitch channel for 3 hours of accumulated watch time. These streams must have the Twitch reward drop feature enabled, and you must link your Path of Exile 2 account with Twitch to receive this PoE 2 Twitch drop in-game. 

 

How to Claim Wrath of the Sun Twitch Drop Rewards

1. Have a Twitch Account

Firstly, you need to have a Twitch account to receive any Twitch drops. You can log in or create an account using the button below.

 

2. Link Your Path of Exile Account to Your Twitch Account

Visit the official Path of Exile website, log into your account, then click on the "Manage Account" option under your profile picture. Under "Manage Account," scroll down, and you should see a "Social Connections" tab where you can link your Twitch account.

 

3. Watch the Livestream and Participate in the Twitch Drops Event

Choose a Twitch stream who has enabled the Twitch Drops event for Path of Exile 2 that you like, and watch Path of Exile 2 livestream for at least 3 hours. When a drop notification pops up in your Twitch notifications, you will know that you have received a drop.

 

4. Click on Your Twitch Inventory to Claim the Drop

After obtaining the drop item, click on the chest icon at the top right corner, enter the Twitch Inventory interface, and claim your reward. After claiming, this item will appear in your Path of Exile 2 game inventory.

 

Note: The second week's Twitch Drops event ends at 5 a.m. PDT on April 19, 2025. Participate in activities in time and receive this PoE 2 Twitch drop in-game.

 

The drops are guaranteed for everyone who has watched any Path of Exile 2 stream for the amount of time specified above. This promotion is available for all accounts.
