How to Get to Temple Town Ruins

The Temple Town Ruins are tucked away in the northwest corner of the Land of Shadow. To reach there, start at Moorth Ruins, then head north and east past a pool of water. You'll come across a tunnel marked by a beheaded Stake of Marika. Inside the tunnel, you'll face some plant enemies and perfumers, so be prepared.

Once you exit the tunnel, you'll find yourself in a poisonous swamp. Use your Torrent to quickly traverse this dangerous area. Continue heading northwest until you reach Rauh Base and the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace. From here, it's a straightforward path southwest through a woody crevasse, but be cautious of two armored golemsone armed with a bow and the other with a long-reaching axe.

After dealing with the golems, you'll arrive at the Temple Town Ruins, located at the edge of a village filled with lurking shadows. Before entering Temple Town Ruins, you will also find a map fragment of Rauh region at the door. Please keep this fragment safe, as it will be used later. If you want to go to Temple Town Ruins Site of Grace, you need to cross the river, and Site of Grace will be on your left.

Exploring Temple Town Ruins

To enter the ruins, you need to passing through a hole in the exterior wall of the largest collapsed structure. Once inside, you'll find a staircase covered in red, leading you to previously inaccessible areas of the ruins. As you move forward, you will find an elevated ledge behind you, and inside it is an undead with a pot on its head.

When you jump onto the ledge, you can fight it or ignore it, as it does not provide you with any XP other than some Elden Ring Runes. Then keep walking forward until you find a Scadutree Fragment on the ground. After picking it up, you can return the same way.

Key Items to Find

1. Two-Handed Sword Talisman: After exploring the initial areas, you'll encounter a Horned Warrior holding a greatsword. Defeat it, and you'll find a treasure chest containing this talisman, which increases the attack power of two-handed weapons by 15%.

2. Spirit Ashes of Divine Bird Warrior Ornis: After obtaining the talisman, rest at the Temple Town Ruins Site of Grace, then head north to find three red pests. Defeat them, use a Spiritspring to jump onto a building, and explore further to find a chest containing the Spirit Ashes.

3. Two-Headed Turtle Talisman: Head to the south of the ruins and descend a series of ledges to the bottom of a lake. Here, you'll find a small rift beneath a waterfall. Inside the cave, guarded by ghost worms, is the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman, which boosts your Stamina recovery rate.

Exploring the Temple Town Ruins is a rewarding experience that can provide significant advantages for your build in Elden Ring. Take your time to uncover all its secrets and make the most of the powerful items hidden within.
