Sep-17-2022

Recently, Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR 2.5 has undergone a major update. In the new version, the Lower Kurast, Maggot Lair, and the Harem/Palace Cellar have been removed from Terror Zones and added new zones Pit and City of the Dammed. In addition, the Black Marsh has been removed, it was accidentally put in. On top of that, D2R PTR 2.5 introduces a set of new Unique Grand Charms for the upcoming Ladder Season 2 called Sunder charms. Following this guide, let's take a look at the details of Sunder Grand Charms in D2R 2.5.

In Hell difficulty of Diablo II: Resurrected, many monsters will gain resistance to specific damage types, and only a small number of class builds can successfully farm all zones. So in order to increase the variety of class builds, Blizzard has introduced new Sunder Grand Charms, where the new keyword called Sunder means that if a monster is immune to a specific damage type, their resistances will be reduced to 95% regardless of their initial resistance percentage was - breaking their immunity and allowing dealt that type of damage to them.

New D2R 2.5 Sunder Charms Complete List

Fire Resist –75%

The Rotting Fissure

Monster Poison Immunity is Sundered

Poison Resist –75%

How To Get Sunder Charms In D2R 2.5?

Sunder Charms won't drop from monsters during the D2R 2.5 PTR, but once the 2.5 Patch goes live, you can farm them from Terrorized monsters of Champion, Unique, Super unique, or Boss difficulty.

Is Sunder Charm Affect PvP?

Sunder is applied before other resistance-reducing modifiers and only affects non-players, so this doesn't affect PvP, which is the best way to compromise both player communities.

Which Class Can Apply Sunder Grand Charms Actually In D2R 2.5?

The answer is only on the character wearing it, it doesn't apply to any members of your party, it doesn't apply to your mercenaries or your summons, it doesn't apply to assassin traps, it doesn't even apply to sorceress hydra, this only changes the effective resistance of monsters for the person with the charm equipped now.

Best Sunder Charms In D2R Patch 2.5 & Ladder Season 2

In D2R 2.5 and Ladder Season 2, we will consider which charm is worth buying and using. As far as the value or ranking of these current D2R Ladder Items is concerned, the Black Cleft is undoubtedly the least valuable charm, and the Rotting Fissure is the second lowest. In third place we ranked the Bone Break, the Flame Rift and the Crack of the Heavens which deserved a good spot, tied for second. The Cold Rupture charm is the most valuable charm because the cold immunity cannot be broken and there are other ways in the game to break most of the other resistances and there are plenty of cold immunity monsters and there are characters who can take advantage of this charm the Sorceress .
