How To Get Plague Ladder Runeword In D2R 2.4

To make the Plague Runeword in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you need to acquire the three runes Cham, Shael, and Um first, and then place them in order. The Cham can be found in Hell Secret Cows, Act 4 Hell and above, the Shael can be found in Nightmare+ Countess, Normal Hellforge and Secret Cows, Act 5 Normal and above, the Um can be found in Hell Countess, Nightmare+ Hellforge and Secret Cows, Act 4 Nightmare and above.

How to Use Plague Runeword in D2R 2.4

Due to the Cham rune, Plague can be used from level 67. Plague is very useful for Assassins when made with a Claw Weapon. This is a very effective weapon for a Phoenix Strike-based build or a Kicksin Build and when combined with Chaos the Whirlwind Assassin.

In a Fanged Knife, Plague might be a good choice for a Poison Necromancer build. The + All Skills, Lower Resist and lower Enemy Poison Resist will all boost the damage of Poison Nova.

You can also pair this in a sword with a rabies druid to improve the effectiveness of the poison damage, the best base is an Elite sword, which provides high damage.

For mercenaries, it is the best option to use it on Act 5 Barbarian mercenary, because when he gets hit, there is a chance to trigger the lower resistance to the enemy.

These things you need to know about the Plague Runewords. If you haven't made Plague in the D2R Ladder Season One, you can buy it directly here. MMOSO offers all D2R Ladder Items For Sale at low prices, welcome you to place an order!
